So the board of directors just announced to the general membership of Blocks what will be coming out on Blocks in the first half of 2007!

Here’s what we’re doing:

Kids On TV - “Mixing Business With Pleasure”

The Blankket - “Be Your Own Boss”

Tradition - “Tradition”

The Phonemes -”tba” (record is done, title is being deliberated on)

Pyramid Culture - “100% True!”

also: we’re working on new CD-rs and a bunch of other stuff like that. First thing we’re thinking about is: a posthumous, archival Everybody Get Sick record.

So, just in case you’re wondering: months ago we got an email from Fucked Up saying that they wanted to do a record with Blocks and we thought they were totally joking, that they were baiting us or something and we’d arrange to have some sort of meeting and just get taunted the whole time with stuff like “Do you know what a breakdown is?” and “Seriously, when was the last time you Bro’d down?”.

But no, they meant it.

They even help us run merch tables and stuff: totally best.
